Smith & Wesson M&P45 Update
Just had a visit from the Smith & Wesson rep, Smith has issued a memo requesting all M&P45s to be returned to the original distributor. Smith will be either refitting or making new firearms with a 10.5lb trigger system. The Smith rep was pretty sure the guns would have to go through the entire qualification process all over again.
This may sound very bad, however, the physical testing can go very quickly, (a few days) and thus we would have to wait for EOPS to publish the list (again) and the appropriate AG communications.
We will update as soon as there is anymore news.
